Summary
The Office Manager position plays an integral part in our customer service and office efficiency by ensuring all administrative staff under their direction is providing the services and practices to support our internal team and excellent service to our customers.
Essential Functions
Manage Administrative staff under their direction including daily assignments, training, mentoring, and coaching.
Assist in answering high volume of inbound customer service calls
Maintain and updates customer account information in a customized database
Branch accounts receivable collections
Comply with state and federal regulations, company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Act as point of contact for general customer service
Assist with scheduling appointments for Technicians and Sales
Convert accounts receivable and process customer payments
Respond to answering service messages
Specialize in customer resolution
Handle any escalated customer service concerns with tact and professionalism
Perform other duties as required by management
Minimum Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient use in Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Adobe and Outlook
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent time management skills & organizational skills
Problem solving skills
Pest Pac knowledge is a plus
Ability to pass a drug screen and 7-year background check
Legally able to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
Must be able to meet the physical demands of a typical office environment - sitting and/or standing for long periods of time as well as possible light lifting to 20lbs on occasions. Additionally, repetitive movement of hands for long periods of time.
