We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by performing various administrative tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are effective communicators, highly organized, and possess strong time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Answering phone calls and taking messages for staff
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
Managing the filing system and updating records as needed
Preparing and editing documents, memos, and correspondence
Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
Ordering and stocking office supplies as necessary
Performing general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Basic understanding of office equipment and procedures
Salary: $17.75 - $24.00 per hour
