Position Overview:

Communiboost We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and supporting various departments. This position is well-suited for an individual who is efficient in multitasking, possesses excellent communication skills, and is proactive in addressing the needs of the office.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly
Location: Chicago, IL

Key Responsibilities


  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.

  • Prepare and process documents, forms, and reports as needed.

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.

  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.

  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a related role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
