We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and assisting various departments to maintain a productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, supplies, and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Assist in coordinating office events and activities
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in administration is a plus
