We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support our tax preparation and compliance processes while keeping our office operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:
● Process tax organizers and tax engagement letters.
● Assist with client onboarding and gather necessary documentation.
● Maintain a tracking system for tax-related documents and deadlines.
● Ensure that tax tasks are prioritized based on deadlines and client needs.
● Ensure confidential documents are securely shredded in accordance with company policies and procedures.
● Sort, distribute, and process mail and packages.
● Scan, digitize, and securely handle confidential documents.
● Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally, directing to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
● Collaborate with various departments for a smooth workflow and effective processes.
● Provide administrative support to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
● Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
● Strong communication- both verbal and written, organizational, and time-management skills.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
