Multi-Family Superintendent - Construction, Superintendent

We are a commercial constructoin team that covers multi-family projects around the South East. The Majority of our projects are around Georgia and the Carolinas. In our nearly 50-year history, we have constructed over 200 multi-family projects with over 18,000 residential units. We have a continuous pipeline of new work through 2030. Daily Expectations

We are filling a Multi-Family Superintendent role which is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects for multi-family residential buildings, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. All of these projects will be centered in the Savannah, GA area. Below are the daily job duties for this role:

• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Update and manage project schedules and timelines.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead and mentor field staff and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily site meetings to review progress and address issues.
• Perform quality control inspections and resolve deficiencies.
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates with stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and documentation.
• Anticipate and resolve on-site challenges to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and regulations.
• Monitor project costs and approve invoices and change orders.
• Oversee equipment use, maintenance, and material storage.
• Act as on-site contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders.

• 4 Year Degree from Accredited college or University
• Major Course-work in Construction Sciences
• 5 Years of Construction Exp w/
• Multi-family projects
• Wood Framing
• Structural Concrete
  

Benefits

Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
