Mechanical Engineer - Machine Design

Are you passionate about building the machines that build everything else? We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a sharp eye for detail, a flair for creativity, and the hands-on know-how to design and deliver custom industrial equipment from concept to completion.


🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Lead mechanical design projects from start to finish, taking full ownership of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Apply advanced engineering and machine design principles to create custom industrial equipment tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain mechanical drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
  • Analyze current designs for performance, cost, and reliability improvements.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and supervise installations at customer locations.
  • Partner with assembly technicians to troubleshoot and debug equipment.
  • Review and approve detailed drawings, including tolerance stack-up analyses.
  • Help establish and refine engineering and drafting standards.
  • Initiate and execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) as needed.


🎓 What You Bring

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Degree preferred but not required with solid experience).
  • Demonstrated experience designing custom industrial equipment—you know how to think outside the box and inside the machine.
  • Creative, driven, and detail-oriented—you care about the little things that make a big difference.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes like machining, welding, and fabrication.
  • CAD mastery—2D and 3D required; Inventor strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.
