Job Summary

• The Massage Therapist administers professional massages to our guests
• Therapists must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities
  
  

and willing to train in our spa's specific massage offerings

• Therapists must possess excellent communication skills
• Maintain certifications NJ license and liability insurance current
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to appointment
• Perform therapeutic massages within the time allotted for the service
• Provide consistent professional therapeutic massages in accordance with spa protocols
  
  

and accepted certification practices

• Effectively communicate and educate our guests with regards to specific wellness concerns
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered
• Actively promote spa services and products offered as well as programs or promotions available
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Possess the ability to work without direct supervision
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
• Must be a team player
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings
  
  

Education And Experience Requirements

• Must hold and maintain NJ state license
• Hold and maintain professional liability insurance
• Experience with a significant portion of experience dedicated to

• Deep Tissue
• Prenatal
• Medical
• Sports
