Overview:

As a Marketing Intern, you will support various initiatives aimed at promoting our products/services, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including market research, email marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign analysis. You will work closely with our marketing professionals to execute strategies and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Market Research:

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target demographics.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
  
  

Campaign Support

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns.
• Help coordinate logistics for events and other promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  
  

Social Media Support

• Collaborate with HR and marketing to create variety of social media templates for promoting open jobs and celebrating employee milestones.
• Mine marketing asset database for historical content for use on social media.
• Assist with creating and scheduling social posts.
  
  

Content Creation

• Contribute to the development of blog posts, articles, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
• Repurpose content for use on the company Glassdoor page.
• Assist in creating multimedia content such as videos and graphics for marketing campaigns.
  
  

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
• Assist with organizing files, maintaining databases, and managing project timelines.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior internship or relevant experience in marketing is a plus.
