Operations Manager

Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily night operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and quality in food production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing production workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage and lead the operations team to achieve production targets and quality standards
• Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business goals
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
• Train and mentor staff to enhance skills and performance
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
