As a key player in our advanced manufacturing team, you'll own the entire machining process—from concept to chip. This is your chance to work on mission-critical components, using your skills to push the limits of what’s possible in high-precision, hard-metal part production.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Engineer advanced 4/5-axis machining strategies from the ground up—starting with smart, functional workholding design.
  • Program complex parts in Mastercam for simultaneous 5-axis milling, optimizing for performance, precision, and efficiency.
  • Simulate toolpaths and validate processes, ensuring everything runs like clockwork—Vericut experience is a plus!
  • Partner with Quality Control and Inspection to ensure dimensional perfection, and support shop floor teams during part launch.
  • Apply your deep knowledge of cutting tools, toolholding systems, and GD&T to elevate every aspect of the process.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table

  • Expert-level Mastercam skills for simultaneous 5-axis milling—you live and breathe toolpaths.
  • A proven knack for designing custom workholding for complex, high-tolerance parts.
  • Deep knowledge of modern tooling and toolholding technologies—you're always ahead of the curve.
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T fluency—nothing gets past your eye for detail.
  • Hands-on experience with hard metals—you know how to cut the tough stuff.
  • Solid math skills—geometry, trig, and feeds & speeds are second nature.
  • Experience with Vericut, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools is a strong plus.

💼 Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a forward-thinking team working on some of the most advanced parts in the industry.
  • Use the latest tools and technology in a highly supportive engineering environment.
  • Tackle complex, rewarding challenges where your expertise makes a direct impact.
