Courtroom Sciences, Inc. ("CSI") is a national leader in legal support services. Through extensive use of technology, CSI assists law firm and corporate legal departments involved in major litigation.

We are currently seeking a Case Coordinator to work in the field of litigation support. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates seeking to gain experience in the legal field.

Position Overview:

This position requires individual to assist records team with obtaining documentation required for pending litigation. This position requires a high level of detail and follow-up along with professional internal and external communication.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate retrieval of medical, employment or other records
• External communication to custodians and updating client portal
• Maintain detailed notes regarding correspondence
• Ensure accuracy, quality and completeness of data
  
  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors, Associate's degree and/or Paralegal certificate
• Related experience in health or legal industry a plus
• Professional communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and corporate goals
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
