As an Entry-Level Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for assisting with maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounting team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QuickBooks, experience working in an office setting, and be comfortable using various computer software programs to manage financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions in Clients QuickBooks.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Maintain and organize financial files and documents.
Help with month-end and year-end closing tasks.
Perform data entry.
Qualifications:
Experience in QuickBooks ( preferred).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience in an office setting, with exposure to administrative or clerical duties.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
