Job Description
We are looking for a talented IT Manager to lead and drive innovation within our Supply Chain Systems team. As we continue to grow, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that support our mission of transforming telecommunications. You will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) and MM (Materials Management) modules within our organization. As IT Manager, SAP Supply Chain Systems, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Drive the development and delivery of SAP MM solutions to meet business requirements
Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, and ongoing support
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
Maintain accurate records of transactions and audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Supply Chain modules with enterprise systems like Finance, Ariba, Inventory, HR, Analytics, and Security.to resolve discrepancies
Ensure supply chain processes align with business and operational KPIs while delivering measurable results
Coordinate the integration of SAP MM modules with other SAP modules and external systems
Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP MM modules
Build consensus and align teams across IT, business, and vendor stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet organizational goals
Lead testing cycles during project delivery, performing root cause analysis and issue resolution
Develop, review, and maintain functional/application design documents with stakeholders and external partners
Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and performance improvements
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field
6 years of SAP MM configuration experience
8 years of experience delivering SAP Supply Chain and Procure-to-Pay functionalities in an enterprise environment
Deep understanding of SAP MM, including Master Data, Procurement, Pricing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and FIORI apps
Strong knowledge of SAP testing tools and the ability to handle SAP user exits, batch jobs, and standard reports
Familiarity with analytics platforms like BigQuery, Looker, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-organizational environments across time zones
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
BONUS POINTS FOR:
SAP S/4 Hana Cloud Procurement Implementation or any SAP S/4 Hana certification in procurement and supply chain
