JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a multinational investment bank looking to bring an Internal Audit Manager to their team. As Internal Audit Manager, will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of the internal audit function, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. This is a hybrid work opportunity with 3 days in the firm's Jersey City office.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute comprehensive internal audits across various business units and functions within the bank, in accordance with established audit methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Develop risk-based audit plans and programs, incorporating a thorough understanding of the bank's operations, processes, and regulatory environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business line management, risk management, and compliance functions, to promote a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in internal audit, preferably within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of banking products, operations, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in relevant audit tools and technologies, including data analytics and audit management systems, is desirable.
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
