Human Resources Director – Up to $225k

A reputable mid-size financial services firm in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead their HR initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's people strategy, build a strong operational foundation, and implement policies that drive long-term success in a growing organization.

Qualified candidates MUST have 7-10+ years of comprehensive HR experience in either financial services or real estate. Please note, SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred. The HR Director must also be tech savvy and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.

This role will handle the following:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and processes
• Overseeing benefits administration
• Managing employee engagement and retention
• Supporting recruiting efforts
• Maintaining onboarding and offboarding process
• Establishing policies and procedures; creating best HR practices
