Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

The HRIS Analyst - Workday will deliver a comprehensive and professional global Workday/HR technical service to managers and employees in line with Service Level Agreements to ensure the smooth day to day operation but will also support on change and release management. Workday experience is required.

Description

Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst - Workday include:

  • Evaluate business requirements, conduct impact assessments, and design technical solutions that enhance the user experience in Workday.

  • Assist the Regional HRIS Lead with strategic projects and module deployments.

  • Support the implementation and adoption of Workday across the organization.

  • Collaborate with the HR team on the analysis, development, implementation, and support of HR projects and changes.

  • Work with the HR team to prioritize and manage the execution of Workday fixes.

  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance of HR foundations and organizational structures in Workday.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.

  • Contribute to automation and process improvements across HR systems.

  • Assist with Workday system updates and upgrades, including bi-annual releases.

  • Support the integration of Workday with key business systems.

  • Handle complex data manipulation using tools like spreadsheets and EIBs.

  • Ensure employee guidance content is accurate, up-to-date, and fit for purpose.

  • Facilitate training and engagement efforts to ensure stakeholders fully utilize Workday.

  • Take all necessary steps to maintain confidentiality and ensure GDPR compliance.

  • Pursue continuous professional development through networking, conferences, and industry associations.

  • Maintain a positive, solution-focused approach, offering honest and constructive feedback.

  • Represent HR and the company professionally in all interactions, fostering positive and productive relationships internally and externally.

Profile

Qualifications of the HRIS Analyst - Workday include:

  • Strong expertise in Workday, including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Performance, Learning, Recruiting, and Payroll modules.

  • Advanced technical skills across various technology platforms and tools.

  • Financial Services industry experience desired but not required.
  • A curious mindset, with a focus on challenging the status quo and continuously improving processes.

  • Strong operational abilities, including process management, procedure development, and data analysis.

  • Extensive experience and knowledge in HR functions.

  • Client-focused, with a commitment to meeting the needs of internal stakeholders.

  • A collaborative and supportive team player, working effectively with others to achieve results.

  • Takes ownership and accountability for delivering outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Capable of managing and maintaining high service standards.
