This position is an hourly position working Monday through Friday 12pm-5pm at our Lawrenceville District Office. The offered pay for this position will be $15/hr.
Description of Duties
Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional presence with co-workers and customers.
Operate front desk to greet visitors, direct guests, and respond to questions, requests, or other needs. Monitor security cameras, building access, and individuals entering the office.
Provide administrative support to assist other departments as needed.
Work with sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
Assist in preparing facilities for training, meetings, and conferences when required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED AND Six months of experience handling customer's questions, complaints and/or providing information.
Preferred Qualifications
4 or more years using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Experience using Mitchell & McCormick software. Experience working in Public Health. 2 or more years of experience as an administrative receptionist. Fluent in English & Spanish. Ability to work Monday through Friday 12pm-5pm. Experience working with and maintaining confidential information. 3 or more years working in a customer service role.
