Seeking part-time and full-time Occupational Therapists for home-based pediatric cases. Salary up to $125,000 with benefits including medical/dental insurance, 401k after 3 months, 27 PTO days, and 9 paid holidays. FFS available at $100 per 30-minute session. Weekend case load coverage optional.

  • Assess patients physical, communication, and cognitive skills to create treatment plans.
  • Support and advise family members and caregivers.
  • Evaluate home, school, and work environments.
  • Assist children in daily activities.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatments.
  • Perform administrative tasks.

Qualifications: New York State Occupational Therapist License required. Master's preferred. Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. In-person work setting.
