Expectations of the Sales Executive:
In this role, you will close high-ticket sales for wealth & financial growth events, business masterminds, coaching programs, and 10X training services. If you’re looking for uncapped earning potential, personal growth, and a high-energy work environment, this is the opportunity for you!
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$100K-$150K OTE (Year 1)
$150K-$200K OTE (Year 2)
$250K-$300K OTE (Year 3)
$400K+ OTE (After 3.5 years)
🔹 Compensation: $5,000 per month + uncapped commissions
Work Schedule:
📅 Standard 5-day workweek (8:20 AM - 6 PM) with occasional weekend availability for company events **Fully onsite**
Key Responsibilities::
Call, manage & close warm leads to exceed sales targets
Conduct high-impact presentations & close high-ticket deals
Build strong relationships & engage through calls, emails & meetings
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Participate in daily sales training & professional development
Be part of a high-energy, competitive team focused on success
Qualifications:
High-energy, self-motivated sales professional
1+ years of sales experience (high-ticket or other sales roles preferred)
Proven closer with a track record of exceeding quotas
Competitive, driven, and ready to level up
