Job Summary
The Head of AR Sales and Account Management will lead our Accounts Receivable outbound sales efforts and oversee the Account Management team to drive growth, optimize client relationships, and increase revenue. This role is instrumental in defining and executing a scalable outbound sales strategy while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and value from Boost's solutions. As a key leader, this individual will mentor and manage a team of sales and account management professionals, collaborating across departments to deliver on growth targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales and account management strategy, aligning it with Boost’s growth goals and value proposition.
Identify target industries and key decision-makers to expand market reach and establish new partnerships.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics for outbound sales and account management activities, with a focus on measurable growth and client retention.
Outbound Sales Development:
Lead the outbound sales team in prospecting and acquiring new clients through channels including cold calling, email outreach, and direct calling.
Oversee the design and optimization of lead generation strategies, working closely with marketing to align messaging and outreach efforts.
Conduct market research to continuously refine the ideal customer profile and target industries.
Account Management Excellence:
Implement processes to ensure consistent, high-quality account management and proactive client engagement.
Drive renewal and upsell initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand Boost’s footprint with existing clients.
Partner with product, operations, and support teams to resolve client issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Team Development & Collaboration:
Mentor, train, and manage a high-performing team of outbound sales representatives and account managers.
Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring the sales and account management teams work seamlessly with support, marketing, and product teams.
Share insights and feedback from client interactions to support product improvements and go-to-market strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Regularly analyze and report on sales performance, client satisfaction, and revenue metrics, using insights to guide strategy adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM to support data-driven forecasting and planning.
Continuously evaluate and refine outreach and account management processes based on performance metrics.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree.
Proven track record in a senior outbound sales or account management role, ideally within B2B fintech or a related industry.
Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales and account management processes
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of developing high-performing teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.

Compensation: $200,000 salary plus performance incentives, medical, vision and dental insurance, 401K, PTO and additional benefits.
