LLM Engineer

Dallas, TX (Hybrid) ( 3 days )

A minimum of 5 years of experience building machine learning models and systems is required.

At least 2 years of expertise in generative AI (LLMs), particularly in prompt engineering, RAG, and agent techniques, is essential.

Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL is a must.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS is required.

Excellent communication skills are vital for collaboration with business SMEs and teams.

Responsibilities include designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models utilizing advanced AI techniques.

The role involves maintaining efficient, scalable codebases and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Supporting cloud deployments of GenAI applications while optimizing CI/CD processes is expected.

Collaboration with various stakeholders is needed to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.

Staying updated with LLM advancements and integrating new methods to enhance performance is crucial.
