THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage front desk email communication.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Ensure office supplies and front desk materials are stocked and well-maintained.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures.
