About the role:
The (FSS) Field Service Support Technician provides on-site maintenance for our customers’ equipment. Responsibilities:
Installing and testing equipment
Troubleshooting issues, and making repairs
Responding to user needs and ensuring the optimal running of all systems
Load and unload shipments for all incoming and outgoing orders with use of pallet jack or hand truck
Scan and upload data regarding incoming shipments
Install applications / Setup Wi-Fi profiles
Troubleshoot basic computer hardware and software applications by repairing or replacement
Travel to outside locations for IT customer service
Reference point for all related queries.
Candidate requirements:
Minimum of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED
Must be able to pass full background check and drug screening
Ability to install equipment, diagnose problems, and make repairs
Strong time-management skills and ability to stick to a tight schedule
Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues
Reliable vehicle and up to date vehicle insurance, able to travel to outside locations for IT customer service
Knowledgeable in computer technologies (Windows / Apple / Chrome etc.)
Knowledgeable in Wired and Wireless networks
Microsoft Office skills (Word / PowerPoint / Access / Excel)
Good Verbal Communication and writing skills
Good organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
