Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an onsite lead and functional consultant for projects implementing Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Ensure successful project delivery within commitments given to the client
  • Partner with offshore project team to deliver solutions and complete all required SDLC deliverables to the client
  • Role may include leading others in completing work/deliverables and hands on delivery of solutions & deliverables depending on size and complexity of requests
  • Ability to work independently hands-on and as part of a team is required
  • Serve as a functional solution architect for ERP projects
  • Gather and analyze requirements, document functional requirements and design for the solution, reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions
  • Determine the appropriate configuration to get the greatest benefit from application functionality
  • Document expected configurations, configure and test applications and application RICE
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions to business users
  • Identify the impact of development requests on other application functionality
  • Provide assurance to the quality of application enhancements by means of testing
  • Provide instructions for migrating new and enhanced functionality to production and ensuring auditing standards are followed
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures


Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation consultant in Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Strong implementation experience and support in Oracle Cloud/Fusion O2C flow
  • Implementation knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion Modules for Oracle Order Management Cloud, Inventory Cloud, Pricing Cloud, GOP (Global order promising), DOO (Distributed order orchestration) OTBI and Report development
  • Implementation knowledge of RMA and depot repair are an added advantage
  • Experience implementing enhancements, extensions, and integrations
  • Experience working in onsite/offshore model
  • Experience leading and managing requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, development, testing and implementation to production
  • Knowledge of ERP project implementation SDLC methodologies
  • Strong communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with accounting, finance, operations, IT onsite and offshore project participants and stakeholders located in different countries with the ability to drive consensus and absorb and present complex ideas in a succinct and accurate manner
  • Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work outside of normal US business hours when required to resolve critical issues, ensure timely project delivery or due to project stakeholders/participants being in different time zones
  • Willingness to take ownership of assigned projects and components and see them through successful completion
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively



This role may require access to customer environments as a means of providing the necessary support to resolve an issue or inquiries into performance-related issues, or for periodic maintenance and management of the systems. In some instances, these environments may contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) (e.g., such as HIPAA-related Personal Health Information – PHI) and Payment Card Information (PCI). Personnel are expected to adhere to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in protecting PII.
