As an Engineering Manager (also known as Plant Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager), you will enhance the performance of production equipment, maintain plant assets, and manage maintenance labor and material costs to meet plant performance objectives. You will be responsible for forecasting and controlling plant capital expenditure to maximize investment value. This role ensures compliance with Environmental Protection Agency regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices, the Occupational Safety & Health Act, and other regulations and standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field is preferred.
