$140,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr
Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Bryan, OH ** We provide relocation assistance
Salary: $140,000-$190,000/year + Annual Bonus + Sign On Bonus
Plant Size: 120 - 150 team members (non-union plant)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and design initiatives.
Oversee the execution of engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, particularly in fasteners and heat treating sectors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or better or equivalent work experience in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in engineering management within an industrial manufacturing environment
Knowledge of metal forming and heat treating processes
Metallurgical background ideal but not mandatory
Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
