Director of Software Engineering

Location: Denver, CO (DTC area)

Schedule: Hybrid

Salary: $150k - $180k

• Optimize resources, budgets, and project priorities to maximize efficiency.
• Mentor and grow top engineering talent.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to keep us on the cutting edge.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ in leadership.
• Proven experience managing large, global engineering teams and complex software development projects
• Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics
• Experience managing global engineering teams and enterprise software.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce.
• Certified Scrum Master preferred
