DCOMM will provide a work vehicle or gives you an option to utilize your own if it meets the companies criteria.
For all our entry technicians one personal challenge to overcome is the use of the 28-foot ladder.

All our new team members will be Defensive Driving certified.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
Under limited supervision, install and service our client’s products in customers’ homes and small businesses
Verify that the premise wiring & services meet all company installation & service specifications for residential & small business customers
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer
Experience
Provide exceptional service to customers as well as their technical representatives
Pre-call customers to remind them about their appointment and acquire job
specific last-minute job information.
Instills knowledge of all client’s company products and services
Maintains records and documents in accordance with company (Client &
DCOMM) policies and procedures
Adheres to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable
Knows, understands, and follows company policy
Performs other duties as requested by management
Required
Must pass background check and drug test
Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record within company required standards
This is a physical job and requires the ability to move over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather while carrying tools and equipment or Operate weight-bearing equipment, such as gaffs, safety harnesses, extension ladders (that can weigh up to 90 pounds and extend 32 feet), and carry fully loaded tool belts.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent related work experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
All weather conditions, possibly for extended periods of time
In residences, potentially in poorly ventilated areas such as attics, basements and/or crawlspaces where there may be dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, pets, and cleaning solutions
