Our CPG food manufacturing client is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to process orders, respond to customer queries, manage inside sales, and coordinate inventory status internally.


Full-time onsite in Buford, GA

Renter relocation available


Key responsibilities:


Order Processing

1.1 Receive and verify customer orders, enter into the system accurately

1.2 Check inventory levels to ensure sufficient stocks to fulfill customer orders

1.3 Process payments and generate invoices

1.4 Track order status and provide updates to customers

1.5 Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

1.6 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency


Customer Service

2.1 Address customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, and shipping

2.2 Problem-solve and address all requests from Customers, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, QA and other departments with minimal management guidance or supervision

2.3 Address issues with a strong sense of urgency and provide an excellent customer experience

2.4 Maintain accurate records of transactions


Inside Sales

3.1 Manage inquiries of house accounts

3.2 Manage Online / Web inquiries by determining the appropriate RVF sales manager to pass the inquiry to and when to keep it in-house

3.3 Build a standard communication for the online inquiries to receive for various situations or requests


Sales – Inventory Coordination

4.1 Collaborate with internal Supply chain on available inventory across our RVF portfolio so that sales team is proactively aware of availability, out-of-stocks, low inventory, and effectively reduce out-of-date product


What are the Qualifications?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in order processing and customer service or inside sales

• Accuracy and speed in data entry are crucial for order processing tasks

• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to orders and customer inquiries

• Superior communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Proficiency in CRM automation systems and tools

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Must be willing to work onsite daily
