Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Services Representative to join our growing team on-site at Van Nuys Airport (VNY). This individual will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring every touchpoint of the flight experience meets the highest standard. From coordinating flight details to anticipating client needs, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding, personalized service.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Prime Jet operations team
• Coordinate all aspects of flight bookings, including catering, ground transportation, and special requests
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences and travel history
• Monitor active trips to ensure smooth execution and proactively resolve any issues
• Collaborate with flight operations and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualifications:
• 2+ years in client services, hospitality, or luxury travel/aviation preferred
• Prior knowledge or experience with Part 135 and Part 91 operations strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
• Proficient with CRM systems, Fl3XX and Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for aviation and delivering white-glove service
•Ability to work weekends and holidays
