On-site | Roswell/Alpharetta | 5 Days/Week

A manufacturing company in the Roswell/Alpharetta area is looking for a Customer Service & Supply Chain Manager to lead a small team and support operations across North and South America. The ideal candidate will bring experience in manufacturing environments and strong knowledge of SAP (Inventory, Forecasting, Delivery, Order Management).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Customer Service and Warehouse staff (hiring, onboarding, training)
• Coordinate customer orders, logistics, and invoicing
• Liaise with internal Sales, AR, and factory teams to manage shipments and timelines
• Drive improvements in forecasting, inventory management, and vendor relations
• Monitor and support domestic and international shipments
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred)
• 3–5+ years experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing/technical setting
• Strong SAP skills (Order Mgmt, Inventory, BOM, etc.)
• CRM experience (Salesforce, NetSuite CRM+, Zoho, etc.)
• Bilingual (English required, Spanish preferred)
• On-site role with <10% travel
