Key Responsibilities

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our database.
Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive interaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
