Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, experienced RCM Sales Specialist based in the USA to represent our services and drive new business. You will act as the face of Linkify Healthcare in the U.S. market, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and onboarding new dental clients. This is a commission-based role with profit-sharing, leading to a full-time position and potential long-term partnership for top performers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to healthcare offices, DSOs, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and retention.
  • Present and promote Linkify Healthcare’s RCM solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the offshore team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to improve sales strategy and execution.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the U.S. healthcare or dental industry (RCM experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong network within healthcare practices or DSOs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something meaningful.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
