Their Revenue Marketing, Consumer Creative team develops multi-channel creative marketing assets that drive revenue through subscriptions, memberships, and commerce.
Job Title: CRM Manager (Temp Consultant)
Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite downtown Manhattan / 1 day remote)
Role Responsibilities
Work closely with CRM team leads and Senior Strategy Managers to ensure new campaigns and projects progress on schedule and existing campaigns meet performance targets.
Actively contribute to campaign execution, collaborating with Editorial, Creative, Product, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams.
Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing efforts, assessing results against KPIs and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Provide project management support for CRM initiatives, including technology enhancements, new capability launches, and pilot tests.
Qualifications
3+ years of digital marketing experience in publishing, advertising, or retail, with a strong understanding of engagement strategies that drive consumer revenue.
Strong proficiency in G Suite and M365.
Robust experience with marketing platforms, with a deep understanding of email best practices and CRM program development.
Robust experience analyzing large data sets and developing testing plans.
Experience designing and executing A/B testing across multiple channels.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and business units in a large organization.
Compensation: $45 - $50 hour/W2
