The Controller will play a key role in overseeing all transactional accounting functions and providing strategic financial guidance. Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections
Manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Prepare and present financial statements and analysis to executive management
Evaluate current accounting procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Lead, mentor, and develop a small accounting team; participate in hiring and training as needed
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Collaborate closely with the CFO and executive team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Support audits, both internal and external
Serve as a key financial advisor to leadership and contribute to business decisions through regular meetings with executive management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
Minimum 7–10 years of accounting supervisory responsibilities
Manufacturing industry experience required
