The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that the Club One services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Club One site.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Transfer call to the appropriate offices and take adequate messages when required
Able to answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries
Ensure that Club One members are signed in when they come in, and signed out when picked up
Direct the Club One members and the general public to the appropriate staff member
Pick up and deliver the mail
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Respond to public inquiries
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Other possible responsibilities pertaining to the club include, but are not limited to:

Requirements
Education:
Employees need to be 18 or older and be enrolled in college or have some college courses.
Experience
Must have previous experience working as a receptionist in a fast paced environment
Scope Of Authority
The Receptionist's direct supervisor is the Grants and Membership Coordinator
