Position: Cloud Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Contract



Rate Range- $40-$60 /hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, Education, Geographic Location, and other factors)


Candidates MUST be LOCAL to Atlanta, GA



Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and cloud security best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudwatch, Azure monitor, or Google cloud monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Desire to learn and stay up to date with new cloud technologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).
  • Experience with database management in the cloud.
