Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

WORK PERFORMED

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strive to resolve customer issues in a way that ensures a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to work with minimal Supervision.
  • Coordinate with the Service Manager and Parts Team, as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.

Education Requirements

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

  • Must have 1 or more years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service experience

Additional Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ECI/E-Automate, ServiceNow, Microsoft Outlook, Smartsheet and excel.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Fast-paced, collaborative, in-office.
  • Work in areas which require attention to detail in a varied environment.
  • General office environment. May spend long hours sitting or standing.
