Handle inbound calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
