Innophos is hiring a CAD Operator/Engineering Document Control to o versee and manage engineering drawings to support capital project development and implementation.
This position can be located at either our Chicago Heights, IL or Nashville, TN location.

Required Education And Experience
High School Diploma/GED Required
Associates Degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting preferred
3-5 years experience in Computer Aided Design and Drafting
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Working knowledge of AutoCad to create 2D and 3D drawings. Typical drawings include General Arrangements, Piping Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrument Diagrams, and Electrical One Lines
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and hand sketches
Good verbal/written communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including MSWord, Outlook and Excel
Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices including the proper wearing of clean protective clothing, following personal hygiene standards, and adherence to food/drink/tobacco restrictions
Environmental And/or Physical Requirements
Constant office work
Seldom standing
Rare lifting (up to 20 lbs), squatting, climbing, bending, plant field visits
Never operates mobile equipment, operates heavy equipment, temperature changes

$60,000 - $88,000 a year
The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, specific skills, licenses and certifications, experience, and training.
