About the Program. We created the world’s first ASIC-powered Bitcoin miner and were the first mining hardware manufacturer to be listed on Nasdaq. As a global leader in blockchain computing hardware, we serve institutional miners, public companies, and infrastructure partners worldwide. With a growing U.S. operation, we are launching the Crypto Business Launch Program – a full-time, paid onboarding and training experience for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in crypto infrastructure and operations.

As a Business Operations Analyst, you’ll support our project delivery and sales operations team, helping manage contracts, logistics, finance workflows, and performance data.


What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate project workflows: contract signing, shipment tracking, hosting onboarding, payout reconciliation • Support sales process operations: collect and organize contract details, generate sales agreements, coordinate delivery, and follow up on payments

• Maintain internal dashboards for sales performance and operations metrics

• Reconcile financial records: invoices, payments, mining returns

• Work extensively with Excel / Google Sheets to manage structured data

• Use and update ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, OA, CRM)

• Collaborate with global teams across logistics, finance, and sales – with partial overlap in Asia time zones

• Help identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to internal processes

• Take on additional business tasks as needed in a startup-style, flexible environment Who You Are: • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a STEM major (e.g., business analytics, data science, operations, supply chain, industrial engineering, information systems)

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills – including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, OA, CRM)

• Strong sense of responsibility – highly reliable, detail-focused, and accountable

• Quick learner who adapts fast to new systems and business models

• Able to work partially in Asia-based time zones for cross-border coordination

• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

• International students on STEM OPT are encouraged to apply
