Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, and identify the key needs and pain points of our potential clients. Your main goal will be to convert leads into long-term partnerships and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through researching and generating leads, networking, and attending events.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, and act as the primary point of contact for all their business development needs.
Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and opportunities for expansion into new markets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the curve and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and deliver timely and accurate reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and generate new leads.
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a sales/business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiating, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
