Bartenders are responsible for proper equipment set-up, stocking, organization, cleaning, and break-down of the bar
Bartenders are to interact with guests, carefully take, ring, and expedite drink orders
Correctly prepare classic and original craft cocktails and libations with proper proportions, ingredients, and build methods
Prepare beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks quickly, cleanly, and accurately per JC standards
Bartenders must interact with members, guests, and fellow team-members with steadfast tact, graciousness, and good judgment while efficiently executing all core beverage duties.

Executes service comfortably and confidently in a fine dining environment
Ability to observe and adhere to club standards
Bartenders must have 2 years of high-volume, fine-dining experience with strong knowledge of beverage functions, mixed cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, bar equipment, and bartending techniques such as round building
Completion of accredited Bartender Training Program a plus
Must have schedule flexibility (availability to work weekends and holidays is a must)
TIPS bar safety training certification
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. load maximum
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
