About The Role

What You'll Do
- Prospect & Qualify Leads Identify, research, and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Schedule Meetings Set qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain a high meeting attendance rate.
- Develop Sales Skills Complete structured sales training covering product knowledge, sales methodology, and CRM usage.
- Manage SMB Deals Progress to handling smaller deals from discovery to close as you develop.
- Collaborate Work closely with Account Executives and Enterprise Account Executives to build pipeline and drive revenue.
- 1+ years of relevant B2B experience (internship, SDR, sales, customer-facing role preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a desire to grow into a quota-carrying sales role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
