AR & Billing Manager (120/125K)

ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a 30-year industry leader that is hiring an AR Manager to lead all areas billing and accounts receivable operations!

MUST BE A NETSUITE GURU!!!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, delivery, and system reconciliation
• Oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collections and accurate application of customer payments
• Maintain and improve internal controls and workflows related to AR and billing operations
• Lead monthly AR close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate customer setup and billing terms
• Provide regular aging reports, cash forecasts, and analysis on AR performance to senior leadership
• Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and process explanations
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements
• Supervise and mentor a small team of AR/billing specialists

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• NETSUITE = MUST
• CPA preferred but not required
