Job Overview/Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Transformer-based architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, AWS Lex, Typescript, and chatbot development, along with a strong background in deep learning frameworks and distributed training techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models with a focus on NLP and LLMs.
• Design and implement chatbots and conversational AI using AWS Lex and other cloud-based NLP tools.
• Work with Transformer architectures such as GPT, LLAMA, BERT, and other LLM variants to enhance language models.
• Optimize deep learning networks using frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and Caffe for large-scale AI solutions.
• Implement distributed training and optimization techniques for high-performance ML models.
• Stay updated on the latest research in NLP and deep learning, applying innovative methodologies to real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Ensure efficient model inference speeds, meeting real-time performance requirements.
  
  

Primary Skills

• Strong expertise in Python and C++ for AI/ML model development.
• Proficiency in AWS Lex, Typescript, and chatbot frameworks.
• Deep understanding of NLP techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, and language modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Transformer architectures (GPT, LLAMA, BERT, etc.).
• Experience with distributed computing and optimizing large-scale machine learning models.
• Ability to deploy production-quality AI/ML models with optimized inference performance.
  
  

Secondary Skills (Good To Have)

• Experience with CUDA for accelerating deep learning computations.
• Participation in Kaggle or other deep learning competitions.
• Published research in NLP or deep learning is a plus.
• Strong understanding of state-of-the-art NLP methodologies and advancements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of industry experience with a strong track record of delivering NLP and AI-driven products.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in deep learning, NLP, and LLMs.
• Proven ability to design and optimize AI models for production environments.
