Position: Construction Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the construction team.
Organize project documentation and manage filing systems.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Foster effective communication with team members and suppliers.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits.
Perform general office tasks.
Qualifications
Previous administrative experience, especially in construction, is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Hourly pay: $16 to $18.
Monthly bonuses based on hitting goals.
