Position: Construction Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the construction team.
  • Organize project documentation and manage filing systems.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Foster effective communication with team members and suppliers.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits.
  • Perform general office tasks.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience, especially in construction, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

  • Hourly pay: $16 to $18.
  • Monthly bonuses based on hitting goals.
