LHH is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Manager in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Our client is searching for an accounts receivable manager with a very strong general accounting background. This is an in-office opportunity with a growing company.

Accounts Receivable manager experience with a strong general accounting background.
Understand how the accounting ties into the AR Department.
Experience managing a team.
Large ERP US GAAP experience preferred.
Experience with IFS software a plus
Construction experience a plus
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Responsibilities to include:
Generating and sending invoices to customers.
Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Maintaining accurate records of invoices and payments.
Processing customer payments and applying them to the correct invoices.
Reconciling bank statements with accounts receivable records.
Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies or variance
Providing timely and accurate monthly AR reports to management.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize the AR workflow.
Supporting financial planning by forecasting cash flow and managing outstanding receivables.
