What You’ll Do
Oversee the accounts receivable process with precision, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
Follow up on outstanding accounts, negotiating payment arrangements to ensure positive financial outcomes
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with attention to detail
Monitor aging reports, proactively communicating with customers regarding overdue payments
Collaborate with internal teams, including the finance department, to ensure seamless and timely processing of receivables
Maintain organized documentation and records related to accounts receivable transactions
Assist with financial reporting and analysis to support company objectives
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in bookkeeping or data entry
Basic understanding of accounting principles and best practices
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
